My journey into counseling began with a BA in Psychology focused on clinical research, but I pivoted toward counseling after realizing my strengths in the field, encouraged by my mentors. I have experience working with kids, adolescents, and families. In my spare time, I enjoy swimming, yoga, ballet, painting, and spending time with my cat, Zephyr.
