Our Teletherapy Programs

We treat a broad range of student mental health needs including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and more. Teens who are at the highest risk of experiencing mental health challenges include youth who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, low income, and are living in rural areas, experiencing homelessness, and/or part of immigrant households. We have subprograms designed to meet their needs.

Daybreak's clinicians specialize across 26 different mental health conditions and 13 modalities of care, speak multiple languages, 74% report as BIPOC, and 14% report as members of the LGTBQIA+ community.

Why Daybreak

When it comes to mental health care, one size does not fit all. That’s why Daybreak’s programs are designed for each student’s unique needs—with proven clinical and academic outcomes.

Proven outcomes

Your schools are successful when your students are. Our evidence-based teletherapy programs have proven to drive behavioral improvements, better grades, and higher attendance.

Full treatment cycle

Unlike other providers who offer short-term transitional care, our model treats students to a place of concrete improvement—symptomatically, functionally, and behaviorally—over the course of their 12+ week program.

Flexible for individual needs

Specific student subpopulations are at a higher risk of mental health challenges including youth who identify as  BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or are low income, living in rural areas, and/or experiencing homelessness. We have specialized sub-programs built for their unique needs.

Best fit with onsite teams

School-based teams love Daybreak because it allows them to quickly expand capacity and give more students access to high-quality mental health support. They can easily make referrals and it’s a mental health program that is highly utilized—not just a “check-the-box” solution.
