I love learning about people and hearing their stories. Everyone is unique and has a story to tell. Through sharing our stories and having someone to support us in navigating the inevitable challenges in life, I believe we can begin our journey to living a life that is most in alignment with our truest self. I also believe a great amount of growth, healing, and empowerment comes from building strong relationships with my clients that are rooted in trust and authenticity. For the past 10 years, I have worked with young people in various capacities, but most recently I’ve worked as a school-based mental health counselor at a high school’s wellness center where I provided on-site mental health services to students. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, being outdoors, spending time with my family and friends, exercising, playing sports, attending live music events, cooking, baking, and occasionally binging on shows/movies.
