Hi, I’m Sarina! I’m a neurodivergent south asian therapist with a deep passion for healing and stories. I have a strong love for the arts and believe creative self expression and play can be powerful tools for self discovery, self acceptance and healing. When I am not doing therapy, social activism, or community work, I love reading, experimenting with artistic mediums, animals, cooking, and most importantly cuddling with my darling cat, Kaya. I love working with all kinds of people. I believe that everyone has a unique and compelling story no matter their age or background. I have an eclectic and humanistic approach to therapy that incorporates elements of ACT and other evidence and experience based modalities.
