I was originally born in Kabul, Afghanistan, but I grew up in San Diego, California. I love to travel and socialize. I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I value my culture and religion greatly because it has made me into the person that I am today. Each young person has their own life experiences, needs, and expectations, and their journey can't be predicted. They want to be heard! And I am here to listen. I like to encourages my clients to become the narrator of their own story, which can help them gain a sense of control and agency over their lives. In this role, the client has the power to shape their narrative and decide how they want me to understand them.
