Hi, I’m Ra’eesa Sadat, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Illinois. I hold a B.A. in communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and both a Master’s in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago. My therapy approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on resilience and emotional strength. Outside of work, I love traveling, gardening, and playing tennis with my daughter. I’m passionate about helping others find healing and empowerment. My ideal adolescent client is someone who is open to learning and willing to put forth the effort to grow into their best self. Teens may struggle with stress, self-esteem, identity challenges, or life changes, and they need a safe, supportive space to explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies. Their goal is to manage emotions, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their thoughts and actions. Using mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and empowering communication, I help teens develop emotional resilience, self-awareness, and practical strategies for navigating challenges. Together, we’ll work toward a healthier, more confident version of themselves.
