My name is Pamela and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from Sunny Southern California. I am happy you are taking this path to receive emotional support. I believe that taking care of our emotional health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. Because of cultural and economic barriers and social stigma some do not get the help they need when they need it. I help individuals having symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or postpartum depression take care of themselves through self-care and by identifying the thoughts and feelings that are making life hard and prevent ones from feeling their best.
