I have been an active licensed clinician for over 20 years. I am licensed in multiple states and I am also a certified counselor supervisor. I love helping others reach their optimal potential for emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. In my down time, I enjoy traveling to warm and sunny destinations, watching horror and suspense thriller movies on the couch, playing with my two King Charles Cavalier Spaniels and eating out. I am committed to traveling alongside my clients as they journey and navigate through life's circumstances and challenges.
