Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I served youth and families for over 17 years with 10 years being in a mental health capacity. As a second-generation immigrant and daughter of refugee parents, I am passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health, especially in immigrant communities. I believe in normalizing the act of seeking help so that young people can take care of themselves, and each other. My self-care is reading, crocheting, traveling to warm places, and providing the best life for my cats.
