Hi, my name is Llesenia (Yesenia) with two LL's. I'm Mexican American. Interesting fact about the spelling of my name, my dad became in charge of spelling my name. My dad spelled it with two LL's, now I appreciate, the unique spelling of my name! As I was growing up I disliked the spelling of my name. All throughout middle school and high school I spelled my name (Yesenia). Growing up I played sports, mainly soccer and love running, I still run. My hobbies now are tennis, exercising (good for our mental health and serotonin levels), reading books, and plenty of self care activities. Some of my self care activities are: doing my nails at home, watching movies, facials (skin care), and cooking. I love dogs! I have two Maltese dogs, named Roxie and Max. My dogs have always helped me with my mental health, especially in moments when I'm anxious, sad, or happy, angry and the loss of a loved one. Interesting fact when I graduated with my Bachelors Degree I took graduation pictures with all 3 dogs. When I say they have been a support system aside from my family I meant it!
