Hi! I’m Lizbeth. I am a Associate therapist with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I Mexican American and can speak Spanish fluently. I have 6 years of experience working with K-5 students and two years of experience in providing therapeutic services to them. My experience includes working with students with various needs such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief counseling. Outside of therapy, I enjoy adventures, dancing, hiking and family quality time. One fun fact is that I LOVE baking! My approach is based on compassion and empathy, and it will assist in discovering inner goodness. I think laughter is a potent healing agent. I'm here to help you overcome obstacles, acknowledge your accomplishments, and walk with you as you flourish. I would like to help by providing a secure accepting environment where you can explore your emotions, and create the tools you need to carry on. I have a strong desire to help those in need who are struggling with emotions and mental well-being. My approach is built in compassion and I will meet you where you are, giving you the tools you need to better understand who you are and your challenges and help make long lasting changes.
