I have been practicing as a social worker for 9 years, with most of my experience working as a school social worker and with foster family agencies. I earned my MSW and PPS Credential from California State University, Sacramento. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California, and I love working with youth! My hobbies include connecting with the outdoors through hiking, traveling, and learning about cultures, countries, and food! I focus on being present and practicing mindfulness through running, arts and crafts, and listening to music with a good cup of tea. have two orange cats who are another form of self-care for me and make me laugh every day. I love working with youth on ways to manage stress and anxiety by helping to identify their strengths and preferred coping strategies. Our identities and experiences are a big part of who we are and how we show up in this world. I love working with youth on helping them navigate and understand their identities and build up self-esteem and confidence in the power they hold being authentically themselves.
