As a first-generation Indo-Fijian therapist, I understand the importance of culture, identity, and belonging. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families, helping them navigate emotions, relationships, and personal growth. Outside of therapy, I love traveling, volunteering, and spending time with my family. Navigating emotions, friendships, family changes, or school stress can feel overwhelming. You deserve a space to feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or identity challenges, I’m here to help you build confidence, process emotions, and develop tools to thrive. Together, we’ll create a path toward self-discovery, resilience, and stronger relationships in a way that feels right for you.
