I'm a woman of faith who enjoys traveling and spending time with my family. I'm the cofounder of a nonprofit youth sports organization that services at-risk youth. In addition to athletic training and skill building, we focus on the overall development of social and emotional well-being. I became interested in mental health after past personal traumatic experiences. I'm aware of the impact that trauma can have on individuals, especially when left untreated. My goal is to help individuals sharpen the tools that they already have, while identifying new skills to improve their current level of functioning in order to maximize their full potential.
