Life can often present challenges that can be difficult or feel impossible to navigate on your own. I believe therapy can be a safe place to learn about ourselves, gaining insight about who we are and what we are capable of. Teens and young adults come to therapy for many different reasons that are unique to the individual. As a therapist, I work with my clients to help bring insight and understanding to the concerns that are keeping them feeling stuck, such as anxiety, depression, anger, ADHD, PTSD, family and peer conflict, grief and loss, school concerns and other emotional or relational issues. I specialize in working with teens & young adults. I utilize a combination of therapeutic interventions within treatment. I am a bubbly yet straight forward, direct therapist that will challenge you while utilizing humor and empathy in sessions. Starting therapy can be scary and feel overwhelming but I will provide you with a safe, supportive, & non-judgmental space to work through the reasons that brought us together. Watching as my clients learn to identify their strengths and meet their goals is extremely rewarding and I am absolutely ready to start on this journey with you if you are!
