I am committed to doing therapy with children, their families and couples to help them navigate and understand how to cope with challenges in their life. I strive to assist and support clients and how they process emotions and learn coping skills to deal with everyday stressors and to decrease symptoms. My multicultural competency and ability to see different perspectives enables me to meet people where they are. I've always been there to support those around me in their time of need and I consider myself to be a very caring and understanding individual.
