Originally from New England, I've spent nearly a decade in Florida, where I earned my Master's in Social Work from Florida State University and am working towards my LCSW. I've worked with adolescents and adults facing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-harm, and grief. Helping others has always been my passion, and I'm honored to support individuals on their journey to healing. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time my family outdoors, watching movies and playing board or card games. I specialize in working with clients who are motivated to transform their lives and overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem issues, and grief. My approach is empathetic and supportive, using CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and client-centered therapies to help guide them toward healing and personal growth.
