I've lived in San Diego all my life and have spent many years working in healthcare before transitioning to therapy. My decision to become a therapist stemmed from seeing the significant impact the lack of mental health care for adolescents has had. I’m passionate about making a difference in their lives. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially watching my children play volleyball and soccer. I also enjoy going to the beach and playing tennis. My ideal client is an adolescent struggling with the pressures of today’s world—whether from school, social media, or family dynamics. They may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or uncertain about their future. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where they can explore their feelings, build resilience, and develop healthier coping skills. With a focus on empathy and understanding, I help young people navigate challenges and find their voice. I’m here to support you on your journey to mental well-being.
