I’ve always been passionate about helping people through their unique mental health challenges, finding immense gratitude and fulfillment in this work. Outside of my career, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, going on walks, visiting the beach, exercising, practicing yoga, cooking, and being with friends and family. These activities keep me grounded and inspired, allowing me to bring my best self to this meaningful and rewarding field. I support children and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and perfectionism. Using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based holistic approaches, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I aim to create a welcoming space where you feel safe and supported as we work together to build confidence, develop tools, and foster lasting resilience.
