Hello, my name is Cristina and I was born and raised in Southern California. I enjoy being outside, especially in the sun with my Boston Terrier, Zelda. I am passionate about the impact therapy can have on an individual’s life. My own beneficial experience in therapy led me to pursue an education as a therapist. I am confident therapy can benefit everyone by connecting to people where they are at. I enjoy providing support where it is needed with my clients. I allow for them to tell me where they need support and how I can help them. There are many different modalities I utilize including person led therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and narrative therapy, which are the ones I specialize in. Clients have had great progress by meeting them where they are at and working together to achieve their goals.
