I’m a neurodivergent therapist with Gullah Geechee roots, passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and chronic illness—especially epilepsy and PNES. My journey, shaped by lived experiences and a deep love for advocacy, fuels my commitment to healing. I integrate history, spirituality, and identity work into therapy. Outside of work, I love crafting, baking, and finding magic in everyday moments. Fun fact: I have a semicolon tattoo as a reminder of my resilience! You feel overwhelmed—by anxiety, trauma, or chronic illness. You crave validation, support, and a space to heal. You want to manage stress, build resilience, and reclaim your story. I see you. As a neurobehavioral therapist, I blend compassion-focused and solution-focused therapy with identity work to help you heal and grow. Together, we’ll navigate your journey, rewrite limiting narratives, and embrace your power. You deserve support—let’s take the first step together.
