The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy
Growing up in a large, close-knit family taught me the importance of connection, communication, and understanding—values I bring into my work as an AMFT. I’m passionate about supporting families and helping kids and teens navigate emotions, build confidence, adjust to life transitions, and strengthen family bonds. With a warm, relatable, and culturally sensitive approach, I create a safe space where children and parents feel seen and heard. Let’s work together to create harmony and lasting change. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and communication challenges. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, unsure of how to move forward. I provide a supportive space to process emotions, build confidence, and develop healthier coping skills. With a direct yet empathetic approach, I help clients gain self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and embrace their strengths, creating a path toward healing and resilience.
