I spent a decade in Peru before moving back to the USA. This experience allows me to deeply relate to anyone adjusting to a new language, culture, or environment. I understand the sense of loss that come with major transitions, which has shaped my approach as a professional counselor. I’m passionate about supporting individuals of all ages through these challenges. I also incorporate strengths, and using own passions as a motivation. Some of mine are going on walks & playing board games. Yours? I work with families who are facing the challenges of acculturation or want to strengthen their bond. If you’re a parent trying to better understand your child or help them navigate life’s transitions, I can support you in building a stronger connection and improving communication. I help both parents and children recognize their strengths, build self-esteem, and embrace their unique journeys. If you’re feeling stuck, I’d love to help your family get through this together.
