Hi, I'm Mariah! I am currently living in California and have been working with youth and their families in various settings over the last decade. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, a melting pot of different cultures and traditions. Growing up around such diversity has driven my passion for working with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. I am passionate about impacting my community and empowering my clients to rediscover and utilize their strengths to help them reach their goals and to create lasting change! In my free time, I enjoy playing with my pet corgi, trying new local restaurants, and watching sports! I also enjoy creative activities, like crafting and dancing. I have experience providing individual, family and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults, specializing in working with youth and their families. I have supported individuals, through evidence-based care, impacted by anxiety disorders, depression, disruptive behaviors, mood dysregulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, adjustment difficulties, executive function challenges, Autism, ADHD and other learning challenges. I utilize a strengths-based and relational approach to therapy in order to cultivate a safe therapeutic space for my clients. I value collaboration with my clients, and aim to support and empower my clients to identify and build upon their existing strengths and resources.
