Nyob Zoo (“Hello” in Hmong)! I am a first-generation Hmong American from Fresno, CA. In high school, I knew I wanted to be a counselor because my mentors made me feel seen and heard. They gave me the confidence to take on the journey of where I am today. I want to provide a safe, kind, collaborative space for my clients to grow and thrive. In my free time, I enjoy morning strolls with Bowser, my English bulldog. I take care of myself through coloring, journaling, exercising and being out in nature. One fun fact about me is that I got to ride on an elephant when I studied abroad in college. It was truly a dream come true as I have always been fascinated by elephants growing up.
