I love to create and be creative, this can be anything from crafts, music, or dance. I also love being active in sports and martial arts. I am currently doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and want to continue learning more types of martial arts. All of this has helped with my mental well-being. I want to establish rapport with my clients by showing respect, empathy, and kindness and learning about who they are and what troubles them. I want to support my clients by providing them with a safe space without judgment. I want to help my client become aware of their emotions and how to regulate them. I want to provide them with coping tools they can use when in stressful or triggering situations.
