Hi, I’m Susan and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I grew up in a family touched by having been refugees. It made me want to do work where I could help people, as my family had been helped. As a social worker, I’ve worked with immigrant and refugee high schoolers as well as LGBTQ+ students. I also worked for years with people with disabilities and chronic health conditions, including cancer.
