I'm Sophia, but you can call me Soph! I've worked with kids/ad for many many years in various settings from after school care to help reach goals set in therapy, to summer camps as an art director, to school settings as a therapist. The way I approach therapy is imagining us putting the struggle between us so we both can look at it from all sides. Life is complex, and I've learned having someone in your corner goes such a long way when figuring out how to put a foot forward.
