I’m a proud graduate from Fayetteville State University earning a master’s in social work in 2008 and continuing her career through several helping professions. I served as a clinical case manager, adjunct professor, director of case management, and outpatient psychotherapist. My clinical experience includes over eight years of helping others gain clarity and emotional wellness while learning essential tools towards self-discovery. I utilize a wide range of strengths-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.
