Hello there! I am Ryan (he/him/his) and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington, Seattle, and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University. I have over four years of experience as a school-based therapist, and currently provide therapy to special education students with individualized education plans at the high school level. As a school-based therapist, I have worked primarily with students with emotional disturbance, developmental disabilities, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. My own mental health challenges, such as family turmoil during adolescence and a relationship breakup during young adulthood, influenced me to pursue a career in the mental health field. In working through and learning from my challenges, I hope to support others in doing the same and achieve personal growth and change. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer and basketball and lifting weights.
