Hi, my nam is Paola. My family comes from Colombia and I believe that I am very family-oriented. I enjoy spending time with family, going on walks, dancing, and trying new places to eat. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy arts and crafts. I have always had the heart for helping, advocacy and wanting to make change. I have family history of anxiety and depression which has allowed me to be more attuned to the struggles my clients may be experiencing. Life has its moments of unpredictability and uncertainty. I am here to be able to provide a safe non-judgmental space for my clients to feel heard. I specialize in anxiety and depression. I also specialize in adolescents navigating through trauma, life transitions and self-discovery. I take a client-centered approach and tailor my approach based on your own needs and goals.
