Hello! My name is Nicole and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in Southern California but am a San Francisco Bay Area Native. I have worked with children/adolescents and their families from various backgrounds and cultures including foster youth and LGBTQ youth and in various capacities including: as a mental health therapist, case manager, teacher, and through a developmental capacity. I prefer to work through the mindset of collaboration and understanding a client outside of their diagnoses, needs, and struggles. Fun facts about me include: I love Disney and I love to be outside especially with my dog. I have experience of working with youth 18 and under with a preference of working with our younger littles and their families. Whether it be behavioral problems at school or home, depression, anxiety, or trauma, I have a vast knowledge base and understanding. While I may have a "speciality" or preference for the younger child and their families I do have special place in my heart and available ear for our teens and older youth to offer a listening ear and a unique understanding.
