Hello! My name is Mercedes. I was born and raised in Northern California but my family is from Mexico. Being first generation is an honor and allows me to give back to my first generation community. I have been interning/working as a therapist for families, children, teens, and adults for the last three years. I enjoy connecting with diverse population and learning more from clients. I am a strong believer that we continue learn in this field, especially from our clients! When I am not in session, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my children and dogs! I also enjoy trying out different workout classes, watching 90 day fiance on my spare time, or listening to trauma informed podcasts.
