Hi, my name is Laurel; I’m a therapist and, most importantly, a human. As a therapist, I am committed to offering you a nonjudgmental space rooted in warmth and curiosity. I have been in practice for over 2 years and enjoy working with people with anxiety, complex trauma, and ADHD, including kids, teens, and families. As a human, I started my therapeutic journey when I was 15. I know what it feels like to experience a lot of personal and relational turbulence, and I still work on taming my harsh inner critic when she shows up. I have dedicated my time to this work because human connection is what I value most. When I’m not working, I enjoy sunshine, hiking, and quality time with my friends, partner, and kitties.
