I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families in navigating challenges and achieving their goals. I have over a decade of experience delivering various evidenced based practices and trauma informed care to diverse populations across several different settings. Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my family and exploring nature. Working individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and with various and nuanced needs is one of the most exciting parts of being a clinician; as such, an ideal client might present in any number of ways. They may be overwhelmed by anxiety or depression; or they may have experienced trauma or have relationship challenges.
