Alongside counseling I love writing and producing pop music. While I dreamed about creating my own music since junior high, it took me a long time to figure out how to do so and to find my own voice in it. Part of this came from understanding my own struggles with mental health and going to counseling. By working through my own struggles, I discovered a passion for mental health and began to realize that people felt safe talking to me. Now I am able to create music and help others to become their truest selves. A few other fun facts are: I love holidays and hosting friends. I am lowkey (or not-so-lowkey) obsessed with my dog. I am a chronic re-watcher and love watching a comfort show with a snack. My husband and I live in Orange County, but I grew up in a very small town in California.
