Hello, I am a Vietnamese-American therapist from Orange County. I also lived in Japantown, San Francisco for a time, where I provided therapy for students in the city. Outside of my professional life, I deeply enjoy reading and watching movies! I also relax in the evenings with my dog, Snowball, and play cozy games. This summer I did a 15 mile hike into a remote cave in Vietnam! I often work with teens struggling with school, their families, and their feelings. They may feel like the world is so demanding, and confused by the emotions that are coming up. With me as your therapist, we’ll work on building a toolbox of healthy coping skills, communication, and more that will help you gain confidence to move forward.
