Hello! I'm Gabriela, but you can call me Gabby. I am excited about your bravery to start this journey and I would be honored to support you along the way. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and I am a proud first-generation Latina. I am passionate about giving back to my community and breaking the stigmas around mental health. I am a mother to two little ones, so I cherish spending time with my family. I also enjoy walking in nature, hiking, attending church, and watching a good show at the end of my day. I have primarily worked with the Latinx population in Los Angeles County schools. My focus has been on addressing issues such as depression and anxiety. In therapy, I utilize a CBT, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based Approach. As a therapist, I strive to provide a safe space filled with empathy and hope, enabling you to thrive and become your best self.
