My practice style is family systems based and I use motivational interviewing to get my patient engaged in the treatment process. I have experience as a therapist with intensive in-home services, targeted case management, Community Support Team member, group home counselor, and therapist in private practice in the home, school, and community. I have worked with patients ages 5-99 who have mental health and substance abuse diagnosis. I have volunteered in various compacities in the community through food drives, reading books to young children, back to school events, clothing drive, and fundraisers for those in need. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family going to festivals, doing Karaoke, amusement parks, and swimming.
