I’m a clinical social worker/psychotherapist, adjunct professor of psychology at Pepperdine University, ICF-certified life coach, and mental health columnist. My therapy approach is compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, but I also use my knowledge and training to challenge you to grow and feel better. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship problems, and grief. Fun fact: I used to be a competitive bodybuilder!
