Hi, I am Alejandra. I graduated from Stanislaus State University with a Master's in Education and concentration as a Professional Clinical Counselor. I have a daughter and enjoy spending time with her and my husband. I also love to spend time outdoors, traveling, and reading. I have been working with youth since I graduated high school and have developed a passion for helping others. My ideal client is an individual with symptoms of anxiety, dealing with irrational thoughts. The goal is to develop coping skills to best help the client when having those irrational thoughts. As well as supporting the client to dispute those irrational thoughts and to encourage more positive ones. I enjoy practicing CBT and TF-CBT with children and youth. I am also fluent in Spanish and love connecting with parents who speak Spanish, I enjoy being able to help them.
