Hi! I’m Alba. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and I have a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I have worked in both private practice and community mental health settings. I work with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. My hobbies include trying new foods, watching movies and tv shows, camping, and having new experiencing with my husband and two children. Fun Fact: the last movie I saw in theaters was Inside Out 2.
