My name is Addison Hawthorne I am a associate social worker. I have worked in mental health for over 25 years in various roles. I enjoy working with young people and families. I use to coach football ball and track and field at the high school and community college. I love cooking and spending time with my wife and kids. I think first and foremost it's important to build rapport with the individual and making sure they are comfortable enough to trust me and feel comfortable enough to express their feelings, thoughts and emotions and for me to be respectful and authentic when it comes to understanding their presenting problems and work withe them with building self awareness.
