Welcome! I am from Monroe, La. I am a mother and I believe my passion for helping youth stems from both being a mom and wishing therapy was normalized when I was a teenager. I could have definitely benefitted from therapy at that point in my life. I worked with children and families for about three years before working addiction recovery. I have recently returned back to what I am most passionate about; working with youth. I enjoy traveling, being out in nature, and singing. Music is therapy.
