Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of delivering culturally sensitive therapy to individuals of all backgrounds, celebrating the beautiful diversity that makes us human, regardless of shape, size, or color. I graduated in 2010 with a Education Specialist Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Arkansas State University. Adolescence is such a pivotal time of life in which our lens for how we see and experience the world is developed. When I am not doing therapy, I am spending time with my family or channeling my inner plant lady and caring for my 100 plus plant babies. I love a good cup of tea and practicing mindfulness.
