I am a very family-oriented individual with 2 young boys. I keep myself occupied with spending lots of family time at the park, taking 1- or 2-day trips somewhere, and coaching my son’s baseball team when in the Spring. I believe that taking time to participate in self-care is very important, especially working in our given field. I attempt to incorporate my education or knowledge to psycho-educate the children that I teach while playing baseball, reinforcing positive statements and self-esteem.
