Hi! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered art therapist with over 15 years of experience working with kids, teens, parents, and families. I am passionate about empowering young people to create new stories of positive change. I grew up immersed in the fine arts and went to drama school in London. I enjoy integrating creative modalities such as art and play therapy into my work to help others express challenging experiences and find new ways to solve problems. In my free time I love to perform in local theatres, hang out with my four cats, and dream up my next adventure.
