Hi! I am an AMFT in CA. I specialize in Asian American mental health, intergenerational trauma, and relational issues. I mainly use Gestalt therapy, ACT, and existential therapy. In my spare time, I like to exercise (hiking, boxing, and yoga mainly), write, read, and go to open mics as an audience and as a performer. I enjoy storytelling events and stand-up comedy. I also love animals (both stuffed animals and real)!
