Hi! I'm Amy and I'm a therapist. Growing up, I was also so curious about other people. I loved listening to my friends, and always found myself mediating conflicts. It wasn't until I was a teen that I started struggling with anxiety. Because of my personal journey with mental health & my desire to support others, I pursued therapy and never looked back. Outside of the office, you'll find me doing yoga, spending time near the ocean, baking up a storm, and just being generally obsessed with my golden doodle, Harold :)
